• The main culprit was Booking.Com as they did not verify the hotel at all. The hotel was inferior than a Dharmashala. The rate was more than 10k per room per night and I had taken seven rooms for three days. The staff at the reception were extremely uncouth and uncultured. They were blaming Booking.com to take the 50% advance given by me. There were no room available when we reached on 11th , Feb,2025 morning. It was total disaster. I have been calling Booking.com customer service number and they were continuously assuring of my stay at the said hotel. This is a criminal conspiracy by Booking.com. I am still trying to get the indian address of Booking.com to file a FIR. It was a case of blatant cheating and fraud by misrepresentation.
• The hotel is third class and your ground staff have not inspected it at all. When I reached they have already rented our reserved rooms to sundry customers. There was nobody good enough with a slight bit of sense to talk about our Booking.com reservations. The staff there said there is no reservations and why did I pay the money to Booking.com. The hotel is totally uninhabitable for a person like me who had paid Rs10k per night per room. There were no rooms when we reached on 11th morning. While going from Patna to Prayagraj I was constantly in touch with your Call centre to tell them that we were being delayed on the road and we would reach between 5am to 6am in the morning on 11th Feb,2025. The person who is faceless always assured me that ourcrooms are getting ready for our arrival at the property. You leople are also nonsense and have no respect for the customers who is paying almost Rs2 lakhs for the hotel rent. It's a shame and I will file a complaint against Booking.com with online fraud department of Odisha Police soon. There were no rooms for us when we reached at the property at 0800 hrs. I called several times to your customer care number and after almost 5 hours they gave us six rooms. The cleanliness and sanitation are worthless and shabby. There were no fresh and washed bed sheets , blankets and towels. It's so humiliating and horrifying for me who took 13 persons there in the cold temperatures that I felt like I was being raped again and again by Booking.com and the property owners. You are a disgusting and utterly shameless online travel services company . You never give a damn about your guests and I have promised never to look at Booking.com in any of my future reservations. After that I reserved six rooms in Varanasi for 12th Feb through makemytrip because I could not stay there for a single minute . The hotel and services offered by makemytrip are exceptionally good.
• Room not available even after booking confirmed on booking.com.Once i called they were saying rooms are booked.
